Just a quick update on exhibits I hope to see this summer:
Ansel Adams and Georgia O'Keeffe at SFMOMA: http://www.sfmoma.org/
An exhibit on photographer Robert Frank's and his seminal work, The Americans, is also running at SFMOMA through August 23.
Several exhibits at the Santa Clara Triton Museum: http://www.tritonmuseum.org/index.php
I have yet to visit the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive, and I should as the website tells me, "Highlights include important works by Mark Rothko, Jackson Pollock, Albert Bierstadt, Paul Gauguin, Helen Frankenthaler, Jay DeFeo, Joan Brown, Jonathan Borofsky, and Shirin Neshat."
And for an extended field trip, The Crocker Museum in Sacramento!
